Direct Line Claim

Back in October I had a vehicle cut in in front of me on the exit of a roundabout damaging my front drivers side wing. The other driver admitted it was her fault as she was running late for her flight from Aberdeen airport. I told her, that to save her no claims I'd get a local garage to quote for repair that she could pay for. I proceeded to get the quote but never heard back from her so I had to go through my insurance company, Direct Line, to make a claim.
When they finally heard from her she insisted that I drifted from my lane into hers and caused the accident.
Now the approach to the roundabout has clear signs indicating which lane (left) you need to be in for the A96 Aberdeen exit, and that the right lane is for local access. Travelling from Elgin to Aberdeen, and admitting she was in the righthand lane (which is for local access not A96) I thought it would now be 100% clear to the insurers that she was at fault. However, she then 'Changed' her story (lies) to her insurers and insisted I came out of a totally different access (from Morrisons Inverurie) to the roundabout and hit her car.

I immediately sent my insurance company details of my journey, photos of the approach road signs, roundabout diagram showing my vehicle track and that of the other driver, and also the roundabout schematics from the designers detailing all measurements and road markings.
Her insurance is with Churchill (basically same company as Direct Line).
Despite putting out an appeal on Facebook for witnesses, none came forward, my dashcam had failed (SD card corrupt) and my satnav only started recording journeys in November after a software update.
My insurance company have now decided that without any further information my claim will be settled 50/50 if I decide to claim.
I'm now faced with having to pay my own repairs, and the other driver gets off Scot free, or claim and we both lose 'no claims discount' and have to pay excesses.
How can someone who is blatantly lying, who has changed her story, get off with an accident she caused by being in a rush?

You can view the roundabout on the Google maps link below, we were both on the A96 heaning towards Aberdeen from Huntly direction.

You say you have to pay for your own repairs unless you claim

However if the third party claims then you may as well, as both claims only count as one as far as your NCD is concerned

You will get 50% of your excess back along with 50% of your other uninsured losses off the third party insurer

(You can never rely on admissions of liability at the scene - the insurers decide liability, not the policyholder!)
