finally got it to go through, but it took 2 goes for it to do so.
Lets hope the effort pays off for someone on here.

I just can't get these Waitrose comps to go through. With the £100 crossword comp I sent it to their customer services email. I got a nice email back saying sorry and they put my entry in for me. With this competition I did the same but got this reply.
"Thanks for getting in touch about our competition although I'm sorry you've been unable to enter.
I'm afraid there is currently a technical error with our website, which we hope to have fixed shortly. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this causes, and thanks again for your patience.

This seems to be their standard response now. I emailed them and received exactly the same.I'm experimenting with incognito windows. It worked for this one.
No joy for me. I've tried everything suggested and, as has been mentioned before, it just seems to be pot luck. If found that it either goes through first or second time for me, or not at all.
