Had a response from Customer Services. The IT department is aware. They suggested I re-enter the code until it worked (which it didn't). Finally got it to work using a private window in Firefox just now, but this didn't work yesterday. Very confusing.0

I gave up and emailed my details including Waitrose card number to customer services and they entered for me.
Not an ideal solution though...0 -
