Leased vehicle missing options
Hello, around 4 months ago I collected my lease vehicle and as soon as I got it home the sun roof broke, and I also noticed that I was missing front parking camera and sensors.
After a lot of back and forth with the dealer they ended up offering me a 3rd party parking kit, which ultimately if I had installed would of damaged and devalued the car
As far as I knew, this dealer had already escalated the issue to Land Rover but they did not.
I have already made a dispute with Land Rover finance direct, but I was just wondering what do you think the outcome will be?
On time of this issue, the vechile has been to the garage 3 times, I am also disputing issues with overall quality of the vehicle and reliability.
Should I be entitlited to a new car with the correct specs?
