Noddle incorrect data

My credit report on Noddle is showing my Santander credit card statement balance as £5 whereas the true balance is over £5000 and has been for several months (0% interest BT). The account balance is being reported correctly.

In addition, my report on Totallymoney.com is showing my balance as £5 and reporting that my zero percent has just come to an end despite it having 9 months left on it.

Has anyone else had any issues like this recently?

I haven't.

Even my TSB credit card appears to be roughly up to date which is a miracle in and of itself.

Are you sure that Santander are reporting it correctly?

I imagine you are correct that Santander have sent Callcredit/Trans Union incorrect data.

I will certainly be checking my Santander statement closely when it is produced at the end of the month.

my BT card with another provider shows correct balances on my CRA, along with all other balances/payments etc, all be it a month behind

seem like incorrect data been sent from the card provider
