Just looking for any recommendations on landlords contents insurance that people have had/have and they've found to be reasonable on price, service, cover etc. Obviously have had a scout around online but just looking for any additional personal recommendations by real landlords that I may have missed!
Thank you in advance.

Thankyou for the replies. I have just checked out their website. On there it mentions it is a condition that you are a member of a landlord association.

But on calling them they said it was no longer a requirement. Not sure what to believe? I did call twice and got the same answer. They are sending me a quote. Just seems odd it says it in black and white on the website but the advice is to ignore this on the phone. I am letting my property through an agent so I didn't intend on joining an association. Just worried, because I wouldn't want an invalid policy.0 -
They just give a further discount if you are a member. They calculated that the discount wouldn't make it worthwhile for me to join an association. I've searched the small print on my policy and it doesn't say there is any requirement to be a member of an association.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. I am not a member of a landlord association and ther house I have covered is lived in by my son and the people he shares it with are his lodgers, not even my tenants (although it is my house), but Alan Boswell were quite happy to cover me when I explained this scenario.
Silvercar, I think it was you that recommended them to me! :rotfl: :rotfl:(AKA HRH_MUngo)
