PS Just to be clear, how can we know anything if TSB have two customer services people telling me two different things within the space of 15 minutes.

Well I will wait the five working days as mentioned, and see what is said. From the logging, i cant access the account without the code. I have paid £1.00 in, incase theres problems

Just out of internet, how did you receive your sort code and account number?

When I applied, i received it right away, after being asked if i wanted a overdraft

At the end of the application process they say your account is open and then said the account number and sort code.

Hope that helps. What I did was screen shot that page as I don’t think I received an email with those details on.

Thanks. I do not recall seeing this but it is not really an issue as my account is now up and running. I always take a screenshot of final application pages but I guess I must have got distracted.

hello, when i completed the application process, my sort code and account number was displayed. I simply made a note of it.

I got my activation code for TSB today - It did not work. I contacted customer service, when I explained to the first advisor, the call simply disconnected. In the second call, I was put through to online banking, i was told to reregister online, and my online details were cancelled. No explaination given. I deposited the full £1500 in, I am curious to know, anyone know when exactly the min £500 should be deposited each month to ensure I receive the 5% in credit interest?
