Your guess is as good as mine. Have you forgotten that we are talking about the Impeccable TSB IT set up?trinidadone wrote: »Are you saying I dont need a activation code???
PS Just to be clear, how can we know anything if TSB have two customer services people telling me two different things within the space of 15 minutes.0 -

At the end of the application process they say your account is open and then said the account number and sort code.
Hope that helps. What I did was screen shot that page as I don’t think I received an email with those details on.0 -
Thanks. I do not recall seeing this but it is not really an issue as my account is now up and running. I always take a screenshot of final application pages but I guess I must have got distracted.lovingtescoforever wrote: »At the end of the application process they say your account is open and then said the account number and sort code.

Open savings accounts which allow you to make regular deposits by direct debit.
Use additional credit cards and pay them off by DD
I wouldn't bother with Halifax for £2 a month unless you are already maxed out at TSB and Tesco
Yeah but it's worth it to get the switch money. Don't have to keep the account.0 -
I got my activation code for TSB today - It did not work. I contacted customer service, when I explained to the first advisor, the call simply disconnected. In the second call, I was put through to online banking, i was told to reregister online, and my online details were cancelled. No explaination given. I deposited the full £1500 in, I am curious to know, anyone know when exactly the min £500 should be deposited each month to ensure I receive the 5% in credit interest?Trinidad - I have a number of needs.
