Noddle appears to be updating weekly now, but FAQ's still say monthly

Has anyone else noticed that they now get weekly updates on Noddle, the last updated date is always within the last week.

I keep seeing "report will be updated in 5 days" or "3 days" and I keep thinking well as it is only updated monthly I'll come back then, but now I've realised they've changed to weekly updated.

This is a good change, but nowhere on the site does it say that it has changed, is everyone getting weekly updates on the free tier now? I wonder why they haven't updated the help pages or anywhere else on the site to mention the change?

Their main page noddle.co.uk says "The only free-for-life credit report & score that refreshes weekly".

I've just logged on to mine and it will be updated in 14 days, so mine is still monthly updates.

Oh right, I've got the dashboard bookmarked https://www.noddle.co.uk/dashboard and looked everywhere to try and find where it says weekly updates but could only find references to the report refreshing every 30 days.

Says

How long does it take to update your records?
Your Noddle credit report is not updated instantly to reflect changes that have been made and instead refreshes every 30 days. Any changes that take place in the interim period are then displayed in your new report.

Thanks, I suspect they are rolling it out then and haven't yet migrated all the accounts to weekly updates.

If you have a Noddle Improve account with Tesco Bank or another provider that gave you a Noddle Improve account as a perk then they still update every 30 days

If you sign up for the GiffGaff credit report it updates everytime you login to the account (I.e in real time).

Yeah it does

With Noddle, your credit report and score is updated every 7 days for as long as you remain a Noddle customer.

I guess because I had the dashboard bookmarked I didn't see any updates on the change to 7 days.

I hasn't noticed, as I've only logged in 2 or 3 times this year.

However, I logged in just now, last report today, next in 7 days.

Looking at the listed accounts though, these are almost all dated either 31st October or 1st November, so I wonder if weekly Noddle updates don't necessarily mean weekly account history updates.

updates every 7 days from your last login date

example: login today for 1st time, refreshes today, wont update until at least next week monday, but if you login in 12 days time again, the 7 days starts again from then
