Hi there
Can someone help.
I got a PCN from a local authority in the post saying I made a right turn on to a road when it was prohibited to turn right.
I did not see any sign at the time and was not looking as I was running late for a meet and never been to this part of the area and was just looking for a parking place.
What are the rules when you get PCN by post.
Any advice will be appreciated
