Hello,
Unfortunately I have a PCN for the easygym car park in Shirley. I was not aware of this as I have recently moved house. The PCN was sent to my parents house and not mine. Not sure how as on the DVLA I am registered to this address.
Anyway the PCN is dated for the 31st of August 2018 with an alleged offence on the 25th of August 2018. As it is now November is it too late to fight this? As the PCN was issued in the correct time period. It was just not received by me.

Yes, they got the address of the vehicle's Registered Keeper from the DVLA.No I had not updated the log book on the vehicle. So this could be how it is linked?
There is the possibility of a real fine for not having an up to date Registered Keeper's address. Best get that fixed quickly.
You might consider writing to the PPC advising them of your current address to avoid them seeking, and getting, a County Court Judgment against you without you having an opportunity to defend yourself.
Meanwhile, be proactive and make arrangements that your mail delivered to your parent's address is opened in a timely manner.0 -
Yes, you can do that by email to their Data Protection Officer, to the contact address listed on their PRIVACY PAGE.You might consider writing to the PPC advising them of your current address
And don't pay the 'scam' (Hansard) parking charge, and don't be intimidated by PP who read this forum and rang up a poster last week, gloating about having printed off his forum postings here.
See Andrew Gogun's thread (no link - go find it yourself - as you will need to learn how to use the forum to escape the useless PCN).
Nasty conduct by a despicable company. Not a firm to pay money to.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
