PCP offer not honoured
Hello
Last weekend I secured a deal on a new Jaguar XF which included 35% employee discount. I signed the paperwork and gave a £500 deposit to secure the car and arranged to return next week for a pre handover on Monday and a final handover on Wednesday next week.
I received a phone call from the dealer saying that they’d made a mistake and the 35% discount only applied to 19 model year vehicles and as mine was an 18 model year I would only be entitled to a 30% discount. New paperwork was issued which, without thinking, I signed.
Should the dealer honour the original agreement or have I lost any chance of that now?
Thanks
Phil

It's a bit late now you've signed it.
You could have refused and asked for your deposit back.If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0 -
You signed the new paperwork knowing it included a 30% discount not 35%.0
