Gumtree - Message Problem

When I get an email from a Gumtree customer who wants to buy something I'm selling and I reply, my reply immediately disappears off the screen so the person never receives it! I have done everything Gumtree has asked me to do eg clear my caches and cookies. I have used various browsers and tried sending messages from my ipad. Gumtree doesn't seem to be able to help me with this problem any more and have given up! I am now in the process of changing my ads over to Preloved.

Exact same thing happens to me and has done for a little while but mysteriously when the person replies the 'disappeared' message sometimes suddenly re-appears in the history. I can't explain it.0
