• Terms and conditions details for each competition: Entry is restricted to persons aged 21 or older and resident in the UK or Republic of Ireland who are not employees of Cond! Nast Publications Limited or in any way connected with the promotion. No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of Amari Havodda Maldives, nor anyone connected with the competition, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter. The organisers reserve the right to verify the eligibility to enter. One entry per household. The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries received by 24th January 2019. Cond! Nast Brides is not responsible for late or lost entries. The winner will be notified within 14 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days, an alternative winner may be chosen. All travel must be booked a minimum of two months prior to travel and travel must be booked by 30th June 2019 and there can be no extension of validity. Travel must be taken between the following dates: 15th May to 20th December 2019, all subject to hotel and flight availability. Blackout dates include: May half term (24th–31st May) and October half term (19th–26th October). The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or used against another holiday, hotel or airline. Passengers must travel together and the flights and accommodation must be taken in one trip. Flights are from London airports (regional departures can be arranged but might incur an additional cost to be paid for by the winner). All extra incidentals including spa treatments, entrance fees to tourism sites, additional meals, laundry and beverages etc. must be paid for directly by the prize winner. Transfers to and from the departure point in the UK, gratuities and personal expenses are not included. Prize is not valid in combination with any other offer or promotion. Travel insurance and any airport fees are not included in the prize. It is the responsibility of the individual passengers to ensure they have travel insurance cover, valid passports and inoculations prior to their journey. Visa applications for entry into countries requiring them for certain passport-holders must be obtained prior to travel. Once the flight tickets are issued, no changes can be made to the booking, no routing changes are permitted, no refunds will be given if the tickets are cancelled and Cond! Nast Brides will not be liable for any expenses incurred by the prize winner in case of offloading. The editor’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promotion will be governed by English Law.
