Shop Direct Finance removed from credit report?

Hi,
So just a little confused. I’ve not shut my account down or anything, but on both my Experian and Equifax credit reports, Shop Direct Finance has been removed, it is still appearing on call credit. There is no balance and the account has been open around a year and a half. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone know the reason why?
I had a couple of missed payments on this account, so hoping it’s gone for good.
