    when I viewed my house the agent used 5 year old photos .
    First room I viewed ,no light bulb ,blind didnt open rubbish on the floor .
    Bathroom ,no toilet seat ,broken shower doors ,screws missing from shower pull switch and light switch .Hall stairs landing ,9 light bulbs one worked .Bedroom had curtain pole held up with a screwdriver.
    I was told from day one it was worth £20,000 more than I paid for it.
