How do you contact mse cheap energy club when they aren’t responding to emails, I’ve emailed twice as my switch hasn’t completed and my new provider has said it’s because MSE haven’t entered all the details correctly, I’m now currently paying increased fees with my old supplier and can’t switch elsewhere! I’ve emailed them twice with no response exciter automated response. :mad:

Not much help I'm afraid but if they advise you to set up DD with certain companies you might want to see if they have any history of going into bank accounts and taking money without consent. What a horrible thing to have to check for in 2018. Npower will do it for one.0
