Personally I would feel more comfortable keeping a large sum of money in a savings account where it could not be transferred directly to a bank account owned by a fraudster. Using a Marcus account for example, it would be necessary for someone to compromise two online banking systems (or convince you to do it for them) in order to spirit the money away.0
