Parking Eye at Morrisons

Hiya!
Hope someone can help me figure out what to do here. I've read the info in the thread about ignoring Private Eye letters but having parked in a pretty new Morrison's car park run by Private Eye (good cameras and signs) in Glasgow for longer than I should have for about 10 days over the course of two months maybe, I've been recieving (and ignoring) a barrage of letters, final demands, fines etc for £100 each time and now have a final demand letter from Stirling Park for £340. I park there for a good few hours because it's close to work and usually spend money in the Morrison's before/after/during work so have records of this on my card and I've contacted morrison's but they're yet to get back in contact. Honestly I've been cheeky with private car parks loads and nothing has ever come of it in Scotland but this is the most aggressive one yet.
I *think* this is the first debt collector letter from Stirling Park - this is for 2 days so they've added an extra £70 on for each day. I'm living with my mum right now and things tend to get lost in the sea of crap post so also have pretty rubbish records of their fines.
Feel like I'm drowning in advice from people who don't know anything. Actual lawyer friends-of-friends are genuinely divided (not helpful).
Any advice would be amazing. I've read that they can still take you to court as the keeper of the vehicle even if you don't "name yourself" as the driver.
Thanks!

What, Ian Hislop's lot? I don't think so!Private Eye
Corrected the above for you, there is nothing 'good' about ParkingEye.([STRIKE]good[/STRIKE] predatory, hidden high up, cameras and signs)
Not in Scotland they can't. You will just get Equita and Parking eye letters till they give up. But best to try to cancel them.I've read that they can still take you to court as the keeper of the vehicle even if you don't "name yourself" as the driver.
Do try a complaint to M's Head Office showing your receipts/bank statement proof of being a shopper (whenever!) and saying vaguely that you often pop in before/after work and are shocked by this harassment...
You just need to use the donotreply email addy you find on all the other Morrisons threads. They usual cancel even without receipts. Search and ye shall find!
If you have several PCNs why not tell them about two this week, get them cancelled, then leave it a few weeks then use a different email addy to complain about another two, using different words and surname spelling, in case the same person reads it...etc.
I suspect M's will cancel each one as you ask, as long as you leave gaps and don't use the same name spelling or email every time.
ParkingEye PCNs are such scum, they deserve all M's ones to be cancelled, regardless of conduct of the driver. But stop parking like that, and do not admit to that all-day parking in any complaint, of course. Be vague, and ask M's to cancel, in different words each time.
Keep careful records so you don't ask for the same PCNs to be cancelled, twice! Cross the xxxxx/xxxxx PCN numbers off of some get cancelled, and work your way through them meticulously now to get those killed off.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
