Just, 22nd November, been in touch with Plymouth court office to see if a letter I sent 10 days ago had been added to a case where I an the claimant.
No was the answer, we are just opening the correspondence that arrived on 30th October so haven't got to it yet!
The case is due tomorrow so I have now emailed and will check tomorrow.
Just stating this as a heads up to anyone defending a parking claim, get letters in early and check they are included in the case notes to be handed to the Judge.
