How to cancel energy switch

I am with Outfox at the moment and as a result of the price rise direct debit changes, decided to take advantage of the timely Big Switch 12. Now on reflection I have decided to stay for a while longer to see how it pans out.
Who do I need to contact to cancel the switch please?

You need to contact the gaining supplier. I suggest that you do this in writing. Provided you can show that the cancellation was written within the 14 day cooling off period, the supplier has to accept it even if it is physically received after the 14 day period has passed.This is a system account and does not represent a real person.
