3 Mobile Credit mark costing me a mortgage
Comments

Having had legal advice last week, I think the building company threat to keep my deposit if I don't complete is hot air and not something that they can legally do. I'd made a bridging payment when this all got delayed and yeah think I'm safe there.
I do think if I'm not quick I could lose it though, and having moved out of my previous flat I'm now 3-4 weeks into hotel / air b n b waiting to complete when this late payment mark is removed0 -
Contact the Ombudsman then and raise a complaint there.
How do you know it's not removed - are you looking at a live view of your credit files or a monthly report that's yet to refresh?0 -
I had two defaults removed by three.
I started a complaint via resolver, got nowhere with their offshore customer service though. After 8 weeks I escalated to the ombudsman and threes executive complaints tesmt. One week later I had a call from the executive office stating they would remove the defaults.
They were off my file about a fortnight later. So all in all about 3 months of complaining0
