Yes, press on. Don't miss the Defence filing deadline. With the deadline of December 17th for my defence, if the SAR doesn't come back from UKPC in time (they have a month from today), then I guess I have to press on, without their 'evidence'?
No evidence is required at Defence stage that comes later at Witness Statement time. You should have SAR responses long before then.0 -
Great, thanks Keith0

Quick update, UKPC replied to my SAR (I used the template from Newbies thread), asking me to confirm my identity, which I have done. They have emailed again saying:
"Good afternoon,
Thank you for your verifying your identity.
I have just reviewed your request and note you have not specified the data you wish to receive- to expedite the process please provide the vehicle registration or any parking charge reference numbers.
Kind regards,

I have replied with:
"The request is clear. I repeat:
“Please supply the data about me that I am entitled to under data protection law relating to myself.
Please provide:
- ALL photos taken
- a close up of the signs on the day in question
- evidence that you have paid a debt collector.
- all letters/emails sent and received
-PDT machine records from the days in question, that the PCNs relate to
- all data held, all evidence you will rely on, and a full copy of the PCN, Note to Keeper.
- a list of all PCNs you consider are outstanding against me. As a reminder, any claim must be for all PCNs in one claim, not several separate claims.”
I want all of the data that UK Parking Control Limited currently have on me.
You have confirmation of my identity, so please oblige with providing the information, as is your legal obligation."
Should I do anything else?0 -
Be ready to complain about their feet-dragging conduct, in an online complaint to the ICO!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I definitely will!
Do you think I should complain now, or wait to see if they miss the deadline of one calendar month?0 -

You may not be aware, the above address is a mail box outside
of a newsagents ???
Rather proving that UKPC are a two bit shambles.
As the owner of UKPC lives just up the road in Denham, he probably collects the mail when buying his newspaper0 -

WOW. These guys are absolutely ridiculous!0 -
WOW. These guys are absolutely ridiculous!
None of their addresses are real, there's another one which is a sorting office in Uxbridge, and their official registered office in Coventry is another handling office with over a hundred companies registered there.
All done to protect their real address where their scamming is controlled from off Gregories Road Beaconsfield next to the railway line by the bridge.
If they are such a fine upstanding, useful company with fine customer service, that supports charities why the need to hide?0 -

Yes, you are right they are in Beaconsfield, not Denham0
