Eon Administration
Never die with an Eon account in place!!! Your representatives will have a fight on to PAY Eon the final account.
After an unbelievable 19 emails to and from their dedicated so called 'Bereavement Help Line' I still cannot get them to email a figure for the final account. I am in a position to distribute to the charities who benefit and so have given Eon a deadline after which I will distribute to the charities regardless ….. and still they just don't care.
How can a company be so inept that they will obstruct someone who wants to PAY a bill? Heaven help anyone who wants a refund from Eon.
I would recommend that you avoid Eon like the plague ………….. but are other companies any better? Is it my age that so often I find myself exclaiming "I don't believe it!" ……. or is it that nothing in the U.K. 'works' anymore?
