My Management Company wants to bring in CPM

  • Apparently I can remove my allocated space from the enforcement area. Why should I even have to do this.

I can see that getting lost in communication between the MA and CPM and getting a load of tickets!

Just sent the MA a lengthy email to advise them what they're getting themselves into. The signage as I said has gone up before any communication from MA or even issue of permits. So as it stands currently CPM could pop round and issue over 50 tickets right now today!
  • Ask how:
"The cost of such other services or functions as the Management Company shall think fit for the up keep and enhancement of the Estate or for the benefit of the Dwellings on the Estate."
entitles them to bind those with an existing right to park to a contratc with a 3rd party

require that your allocated space is removed from the scheme, and advise them that any TRESPASS to your property by their agents, evidenced by the issuing of any notice against vehicles parked there, will leave them liable to damages - not to mention the data protection violation.

Ask them how appointment of a PPC will benefit the dwellings, (what about the residents.

And what are you supposed to do when the PPC park their van in your space?

    Think about it...
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The MA have told me to do one.

Does anyone know the penalty for ignoring Section 37 of the Landlord and Tenants Act.

I intend to make life difficult for them. Sharpen your pencil Mr C
