IPC Letter and Appeal

Hi!
I received the usual IPC letter in the post today of £100 and the usual bribe of £60.
Ive looked through the newbies page and I understand everything but i'd like some clarification on my case please.
The car park is used for shops and its free parking IF you use the shops attached however I left the premises in order to go to the cash machine (that is off site 1 minute away) to get money out which I used in the car park shops?
They have photo evidence of me leaving the site, my number plate, and the signage however non of me returning from the cash machine and going into the shops?
Ive copied the appeal template, how would I word my circumstances into the appeal (leaving for cash machine then entering shops)
