Hi any advice
A few weeks ago I ordered on line £5 for something the site did not take paypal , so I put in my cc details they went and took £80 out ,
it was the only thing on my cc so when I spoke to the bank they said as I gave the details to said company its not fraud and I would have to wait 30 days before they would look into it.

What was the site?
Do you have a receipt for the purchase and does it say £5 or £80?
What is the website that you purchased from saying about it?0 -
What have the company said ? If they do not respond positively you need to initiate a chargeback with Halifax as you did not authorise that amount.0

Googling shows that they're a shady company from China, who like to charge people ~$99 and send nothing in return.
Without knowing what site you used, and what you actually signed up for, I don't think there's much more people can advise.0
