Section 75 for goods that have gone faulty

in Credit cards
In January we purchased engineered wood flooring from a company called Flooring Republic, the company supplied and fitted the product and offered a 10 year guarantee. The flooring has since developed a fault and some of the boards are lifting due to the interlocking sections failing.
I have noticed while driving past that the company has now changed names and a quick google seems to indicate that the company no longer exists and are in administration. I am going to pop into the store and find out more details and if I can claim against the guarantee but I suspect not...
The purchase was around £2500 and was all paid for on a Tesco credit card. Can I make a section 75 claim if I get no joy with the company?

Yes. Section 75 give you the same rights against the credit provider as the retailer.0

What type of evidence other than the purchase will I likely need to provide to the credit card company for the claim?0

Details of the guarantee.
You'll need to demonstrate in what way you haven't received what you bought.0 -

Flooring Republic went into administration on 29 May 2018, the business was sold to Taylor Grange (Retail) by joint administrators Michael Solomons and Andrew Pear of BM Advisory.
You should contact BM Advisory to make a claim. Although I'd guess there is money left.

I will give that a try but I am not feeling this would be an easy route .0 -
You’ll need to supply your contract to establish the debtor-creditor-supplier chain then all being well you’ll be asked to obtain an independent report to substantiate your claim. If your claim is successful you’ll be able to claim the report cost back.
You’ll need to decide if it’s a new floor you need or just repairs to the faults.0
