    Perhaps it's alphabetical order? in which case T comes well down the list...

    Pretty sure it's not in alphabetical order. They do runs between now and 14th January and there's no guarantee when within that timeframe any individual will get theirs/

    They used to send them according to your NIS number. Assume they still do. I've had mine but no letter.
