Im looking to start a fixed savings account with Tandem. https://tandem.co.uk/fixed-saver
Has anyone any experience with them? Do they offer good customer support etc?

Hi there - I've just opened a 1 year Fixed Saver account with them, and so far so good, just awaiting text message confirmation that they've received the funds, altho I'm expecting little interaction with them after this until my account matures (my preference!), there's feedback here but not about their savings products -https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/tandem.co.uk

Thanks. I created an account with them last night (although havnt deposited any money yet). I gotta say - the process was very simple and they dont have the 'feel' of a normal bank.0

Hi. Can only speak about their credit card offering. Customer service is a disgrace. I was to get amazon voucher and asked why I had not got it. They wanted me to send an email as proof. The email they had sent to me saying I was to get the voucher in the first place. AVOID.0

Hi - well no news today from Tandem to confirm that they received my funds last night - and I tried to call them from work and their phone lines are switched off unexpectedly in the voicemail message, so will have to register with Twitter to contact them - as I expected an immediate reply.....0

Opened and deposited 3k into a two year fixed an hour or so ago.
No sign of funds just yet but won't worry until early next week.0 -

Yes, my funds are now showing.
So far so good.
The only negative thing so far is that - just after I registered - the 'email me my details' link didnt work. Also, there doesnt seem to be anywhere to log on to the website. Im used to having a dashboard or something where I can see all my details. Maybe they want to force everyone to use their app instead.0 -
Phewee - yep my funds are finally now showing via the app today! What a relief...they were so quick to text, just expected an update on funds arriving safely sooner lol0

Hi, I'm very interested in a fixed savings account with Tandem. My first concern is the fact that I have to supply Tandem with my secure account access details, something that we are always warned not to do.
My second concern is that the experience of others on this forum doesn't fill me with confidence on the communication side of things. I would be very worried about passing over my savings to a faceless organisation in an extremely cyber environment. I'd like some direct assurance from Martin Lewis that this bank is safe and above board...Martin, any comment please?0
