Laminate - Krono? or Quickstep

Hi,
I'm about to get my first house! but it comes with no flooring (newbuild)

I want a good quality laminate downstairs.

I've heard everyone say Quickstep is the best, but I also found this, which looks really good:

Has anyone heard of the Krono laminate? it has a 20 year guarantee and the eco friendly and anti bacterial side of it is making me sway towards it over Quickstep.

I'd really appreciate people's thoughts.
