Quote for Porch & Garage Roof Repairs

Hi everyone
I just wanted to get some opinions on a quote we received for the following:

Garage flat roof (20x10):
- Cut out any blisters to garage roof
- Change any defective decking with new to match existing. (we identified one 2'x2' area at the time)
- Re-felt roof using 1 layer high performance built up flat roofing system to garage roof.
Comprising of:
1 layer EXT.F.AA Fire Rated ProTorch grey mineral cap sheet felt.
Rolled and poured with hot bitumen between all layers.
EXT.F.AA Fire Rated ProTorch grey mineral to all edge detail and up stands.

Front porch:
- Take out course of tiles to gain access for cover flashing.
- Supply and fix 300mm Ubiflex cover flashing to porch roof.
- Fix back existing tiles changing any defective tiles with new to match existing.
- Clear all rubbish from site leaving clean and tidy.
Total supply & Fix for both jobs: £ 1,250.
