Hello, i have a few questions i hope people on here can answer them for me
As the title says, i was put into the Support Group in September, do they sent out Assessment Report ?
Is it too late to ask for one ?
Have i got the name of the Report right, is there a Report ?
If not what is it called please ?
Is it useful for the future ?

Yes it's called the assessment or medical report, or the ESA85.
