I have been in dispute with my landlord over a matter.
I felt so strongly, that i elected to take the matter to the first tier tribunal.
their ruling went against me.
Pity-but we move on.(probably literally when i've cleared this all up )

what i am unsure of is 'what happens next '

Frankly, i am almost certainly now going to pay the amount involved .

That given, am i correct that whilst the judgement has gone against me,the FTT does not actually enforce payment ?

That would be up to the County Court .?

I am realistic enough to understand that a County Court will simply take the FTT's ruling into account, and not reverse the decision , but when it comes to enforcement/getting the money;she (the landlord ) would have to pursue this via the county court if i were not to pay voluntarily ?

I have not put amounts involved or what dispute is over as i don't really think relevant ,as the question is related to understanding the legal process/procedure from here on in.

thanks in anticipation for welcome and informed replies .
