13 months ago we paid £385,000 for a brand new house from a developer, still haven't got snagging done, NHBC have not issued final certificate due to incomplete retaining walls and have just found out that house is still not names as ours with the land registry due to boundary changes. Part of the developer (the building side) is in liquidation and looks as if the rest could follow. What are the implications with land registry!

If there is any spare land next to your boundary, this could be an ideal opportunity to acquire a bigger garden.
