Policy holder vs named driver?

in Motoring
My car insurance covers me, the 'policy holder', for commuting and for travel use within my job. My OH is listed as 'named driver'. Is the insurance likely to cover her for commuting and travel within her job??



I have checked all the documentation and nothing is stated and it is not in FAQs. I will of course phone (Admiral) to ask the question but interested to see if others have come acroos this before??

    It should state on the certificate what she's covered for.

    What does your cert actually say? In my experience, it usually refers to "the policyholder's business", so clearly not the named driver's business.

    Yes, on re-reading the documents I think this is the case. The question will be if they can change this and if so for how many groats!

    The main factor, if they will add it, will be your OH's occupation.
