Minster baywatch NTK

Recieved a NTK from Minster Baywatch, i had a punctured tyre so pulled in to the neareast safe place, it happened to be a road with double yellows either side leading to a car park, anyways i just pulled the car over changed the tyre and left. 17 mins its stating on the NTK how should i go about dealing with this please?
