Only thing you can do at the moment is ask for the mandatory reconsideration, but I don't see how you are going to persuade the decision-maker that you are willing to have a work capability assessment, when you started out post by saying you couldn't face it.The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.0

Did you send evidence to support your claim?
Your wife won't be able to claim Income Support if your area is a full Universal credit area, it will have to be UC and then you'll need to claim as a couple.
Is there any reason why you weren't claiming ESA as a couple? Was your wife previously working?
Did you transfer from Incapacity benefit?0
