We sent an eBay parcel via Hermes, and it took over 2 weeks for it to be delivered. I tried contacting them, kept getting fobbed off. I put in a claim for the lost parcel, but they then actually got it delivered a couple of days later. Thought they would just cancel the lost parcel claim, but they didn't, and I received the money in my account this morning. Nice boost to my credit card, so the balance is now £1,674.33

Oh my god, I'm doing so badly this month!! I'm finding it really hard to get back into the groove of earning money. This health kick, exercise and my medical treatments are taking up a lot of my time these days, plus I'm venturing out a bit more to see friends and family (in gardens).

I had a hospital appointment yesterday (over the phone), and the doctor confirmed that I will definitely be getting the new drug, it's just a question of when, but he thinks it will be in the autumn. He wants me to have a course of IV antibiotics before then, just so that I'm in the best position possible to benefit from the drug. I won't have to stay in hospital though thank goodness. Just have to go in to get the line fitted, they'll give me my first dose and then I can do the rest of the 2 weeks myself at home. Once I'm on the drug, he said I should only need 1 admission a year, fingers crossed.

I've also been furloughed until the end of October, so I should have plenty of time to earn extra money and get my card paid off - if I can get my backside in gear that is!!

As you can see, I've added my eBay selling to my earnings this month. Unfortunately, this won't go towards the credit card. I didn't mention it on here, but I had to get a new phone a couple of weeks ago, as my old one kept cutting out and the battery was draining really quickly, without me even using it. I did have it for 3-4 years, so it was to be expected. I got a new iPhone SE from Currys, so I need to pay that off. It was the cheapest new iPhone I could get, as I didn't want to spend too much. So everything I sell on eBay is currently going towards that.

So my OH and I are selling loads on eBay, firstly to declutter before we move next year, and secondly to pay off debts. We sat down and I gave my OH a good talking to at the weekend. All in all, we owe just over £8,300 on credit cards mainly, and I would like to get that all clear before we move. Of that, only my credit card and the Curry's account are mine. My OH has wasted a lot of money on rubbish, and I've made it clear he needs to stop.

His parents aren't doing too well. His dad has a lot of health problems, and is too and fro from the hospital. His mum is looking after him, but apart from a really helpful neighbour, she has no support network where they live, which is over 2 hours away from us. They want to sell their house and move back here, but it's obviously difficult for them to view properties and get it all sorted. So basically they are going to sell up and move in with us in our new rented property. Then they can start looking from here, and will have the money in the bank. I've had my problems with them in the past, but they do need to get some support, and there's only so much we can do when we're so far away from them.

So it's more important than ever really that we get clearing those debts so we can move next year. I'm trying to get back into earning. I did an article on Friday, so will aim to get back to doing that more regularly.

    Morning

Think I need to start a daily to-do list again, just to get myself organised. I feel like I've got a lot of balls up in the air at the moment, trying to do lots of different things. I'm trying to keep up with a cleaning rota that I devised too. I know OH is working still, but he's not much help, so I'm trying to just do one room a day. I did the bedroom yesterday, including changing the bedding.

    Today's list:
    1. Morning Meds/Nebs
    2. Exercise Routine
    3. Clean en-suite
    4. Do a new wash/put washing away
    5. Clean slow cooker and put on Gumtree
    6. Do Textbroker article (1,200 words)
    7. Evening Meds/Nebs
Think that will do for today. That article is going to take me a bit of time to do.
