Gazprom Saga... advice!

Hi we moved into a house which was part of a commercial premises previously, Gazprom supplied the original owner with their Gas.
As it was a commercial supply -> residential it took months to change supplier as there are no laws for urgency unlike when you change supplier under a residential supply (theres a time factor).
....Anyway 6 months (through winter) without heating later we got our supply switched to Eon and residental etc. This was after countless phone calls, emails etc to Gazprom - who are useless!!
However Gazprom then tried to charge us various standing charges and usage. Even though our supply had been switched off.
They then proceeded to charge us along side Eon for the same meter, even though the national meter database showed supplier was Eon. They disputed this repeatedly.
We contacted the obudsman in the end who found in our favour and got £75 'good will' cheque and the promise to shut down the details on their system.
...however they are still sending us bills/demands monthly.
This has now been going on for a yr, fed up with their customer service and promises to resolve.
As they already said they removed our account and apologised...
What next steps can we take?
Can we ask for further fines to be imposed?
Can we refer to GDPR for them to remove our details?
Can we inform them we will charge per letter recieved for our time and effort wasted?
Fed up of this useless company and worried these final demands etc for payment will be affecting our credit record.
