We used OpenRent to advertise our apartment after realising the EA we were using know less than us.
What can I say? It is wonderful! Advertised on Rightmove, Zoopla and Gumtree - notified about viewers - the one we chose referenced -contract drawn up - tenancy created - deposit protected - all for £49 to us and £20 to the tenant.
They also had a free, editable Inventory form that we have used to create an inventory.
All that has to happen now is she has to pay her deposit and first month's rent and it's move-in time.
So easy, so cheap. Why do EAs charge us and the tenant £100s to do the same thing?
