I've got the same problem as well I got a letter through the post last week with a £100 parking notice on it although I parked in my own space just the permit had slipped off the dashboard, I own the flat (friend rents it off me at the moment) so I have all the evidence its my space, I have lease agreement, parking permit all paperwork that comes with buying and then owning a leasehold property I have gone through their obviously pointless appeal procedure (obviously rejected) so I am now at the waiting for my 14 days discount to end stage where I imagine I will then get a letter saying I owe £100 any advive on what I can expect after this and what to do next would be grately appreciated, I AM DEFINITELY NOT GOING TO, PAYING THE JOKERS!0

You need to start your own thread if you want bespoke advice for your case.
All advice here is for the original poster and it is too confusing if others want help about a different case.
It's also bad etiquette to hijack someone else's thread.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.
All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
I will do the only reason I posted it here is because I read somewhere saying not to start a new thread if there's one identical to my issue which this is.You need to start your own thread if you want bespoke advice for your case.

fair enough, but if YOU want hel;p with your own case, then please start a new thread so that YOU can get bespoke help, as its one person , one thread , one case only, so in thyis thread onlyt the OP who made it gets the help
by all means tag this thread and follow it in case it helps with your own issues0 -
So, the management company (RMG) got back to me. They told me "well it wasn't in the windscreen and the signs say it needs to be so techincally the charge is fair" and refused to do anything about it. Contacted them a probably 10 times now and won't budge on this stance at all.
Unbelievable that they are siding with UKCPS on this. Is this really the current state of the world as we head into 2019?
After all that I finally get the landlord to reply to my messages and his response? The email address of UKCPS. Thanks, as if I didn't already try that back in June!
He also told me that the land was owned by a Museum next door, but after staircasing my way to one of the directors (who was extremelly helpful) - she looked into it and they have nothing to do with the land. She managed to find the name of the management company for me (which i already knew anyway) so top marks for her, but it gets me no futher with my case.
Spoke to RMG again and asked to know the freeholder of the land so I can contact them since they are useless themselves. They gave me the name WENGHOLD LIMITED, which according to google seems like a lost cause. Only information I can find on them is the appointment of liquidators and possible links to other companies. I'm not business minded so it is all alien to me.
I now have the options:
1) Pay £130 in the next 3 days to make it go away
2) Wait for court proceedings to start and either pay £185 or win.
Without having a copy of the lease and based on what I am reading here, I'm not confident that I can win in court and time is running out to make a decision. I assume court proceedings will take a while so I could have time to get hold of it, but I'm scared that I can't and need to resort to a different deffence.
Without the head-lease negating the permits am I pretty much screwed?0 -
if I were you I would do EVERYTHING coupon_mad told you previously
until the MP,s change this it will continue, but 2019 is the year the new CoP will be born and hopefully things will change

I have done everything mentioned. Taking pictures of all signs, permits, letters etc.
I tried getting the head lease from the managing agent under GDPR as a data subject and was told no, not without the landlords permission. And even if the landlord gave me permission it would be £30 for a copy anyway. For that price i may as well just pay the ticket.
I really want to take these POS to court but from what I've read on here my deffence is not good enough without the head lease to win, so I'd just be dragging this out longer and adding another £50 to the bill for nothing.0
