If someone has taken delivery and it wasn't for them then this would be a criminal offence? Have you contacted the police? They probably won't do anything but if you have a crime reference number then it may just scare someone enough to cooperate?0

I take delivery for a neighbour and I'm a criminal? No, there is no criminal offence if you take delivery and it's meant for someone else.Have you contacted the police? They probably won't do anything but if you have a crime reference number then it may just scare someone enough to cooperate?
Who do you scare when it's you that have the crime reference number - assuming you have a crime to begin with?0
