Got this in the post this morning.
I have read the newbies post fully which says I’ll be sent the DQ. Should I just download that now and get on with it??

Yep, thats what I would do
Theres a few threads on how to fill out the blank version you will have. Do it on a proper browser and you can type it all out.4
-
There are also a couple of threads where the defendant did not receive a DQ, the defence was struck out and a default judgment was entered.3
-
Always do your own dq then you know its done.4
-
DQ completed and sent to CCBC and bwLegal along with copies of the Southampton Approved judgement.
Will await a date I assume.

No need to assume, you know because the newbies thread tells you all the steps 😊2

Received a pack in the post from bwlegal this week with a rather snotty response to my defence and some photographs - which they refused to supply the first time around.
Thought I'd post their response in case anyone has time to read it. Just wondering if this is a fairly standard response from them:

 xttps://drive.google.com/file/d/1TDnIJS8NZ3RGNmHfPsDviwcwLaV2R4GT/view?usp=sharing
Am now looking at preparing all my evidence for the case. I would at least like to fight the extra costs they've slapped on top. I think that a £60 which is now nearly £250 is not fair and hope I can at least defend some of this.
 TIA

OH DEAR .... Mr Nolan of BWLegal is sending out copy and paste letters himself.
I am helping someone right now with the exact same letter ? . So much for his nonsensical rubbish, the letter is so flawed and it's just intimidation
Well I have read this rubbish which is identical to the other letter and there is a suitable reply

You know from the NEWBIES thread section about witness statement an evidence stage, exactly what to put in as exhibits to kill the added £60. But that's in addition to your actual case against the PCN itself of course (unclear signs, etc.).
But re that letter, why don't people just take an unusual word from it (e.g. 'nonsensical' is the obvious one) and search the forum to read the hundreds of times we've talked about that tedious letter?
We don't need to see it here, week in, week out...again and again!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Court date set for 20th October. Just received my copy of the Witness Statement from Napier Parking. It's a fairly hefty wodge of papers and they've advised they will "ask the court to award their client a CCJ against me".
They still seem rather keen to resolve this matter "amicably". I wonder why,
Just wanted to say thanks for this whole forum. Without it, I'm not sure I would be able to take them on, especially as I'm feeling rather out of my depth already.
Still, I won't go down without a fight as I've nothing to lose.1
