Range Cooker LPG Conversion Estimate

Hi all,
Just wondering whether the estimate we've received to convert our range cooker hob from natural gas to LPG is fair.....
Any thoughts would be appreciated please!
Supply and fit gas supply to customer's 6 burner range (to include flexible disconnection for range and stability bracket or chain and hooks)
Supply and fit 2 x 47kg gas bottles including automatic changeover valve and safety chain for bottles
Test gas installation for tightness
Purge gas line
Convert range from natural gas to LPG
Complete all relevant documentation
Remove all redundant materials from site
£494.09 + vat, so total is £592.90
This is in SW Wales and our stone walls are approx 2' thick. One thing we have noticed since moving to Wales is that all tradesmen work in pairs including when it's not really necessary. This drives the cost up obviously.
Thanks in advance
Edited to add - we've really struggled to get any quotes at all. Despite being a very rural location where many homes have no mains gas, this is the only company we managed to get round to look at the job. We have had no useable hob since March and were really hoping to get it done by Christmas, but imho this seems rather high.
