Any body having problems trying to get Eversmart Energy :(call centre to answer their phones?
Three times now I’ve tried getting hold of customer service to pay some money without much success.
Waiting for a call back now and have been waiting over 2 hours and yet when I phoned they said the waiting time was 1 hour 40 minutes to hang on the phone can’t wait for the next energy survey on Martins site.
