2) Did the driver have to input the VRN into the machine? (If they did then UKCPM will have to provide a copy of the PDT transaction report for that day as part of the SAR).0 -
Hello Castle, there is no need to put VRN into this particular machine.0

Have now received 2 further LBCs from Gstones ( dated within a day of each other) demanding settlement of the 160 gbp “debt” or replies in accordance with their PAP on line within 14 days
Also the UKCPM advised they do not have a record of DVLA request as this is an electronic request
Struggling to find recommended next step as the new newbies thread ends at SAR and picks up again at court papers.
Does the keeper respond at this stage? If so how detailed should the response be?
Will not responding be seen as not be complying with “the PAP” ?
One further point is that the keeper who is being pursued here under an assumption will be out of the country soon until end of Jan and worried that this will progress whilst away. How can Gstones be prevented from progressing when they have justified themselves in processing data, despite being requested twice, in writing, to put this on hold.0 -
What do you mean by two further LBCs? For the same incident? Different? DO both state you have 14 days - who do they say to pay?
UKCPM will have a record of them requesting details from DVLA of your VRM
DVLA will have this as well.0 -

DVLA will have this as well.
UKCPM confirmed by email as follows
The PCNs on our system get automatically sent across to the DVLA, this information is then automatically uploaded on to our system. The DVLA will only send us correspondence if there is a Problem with the vehicle information that we have supplied to them. Therefore we have no correspondence from the DVAL regarding yourself or your vehicle.0
