Can I change between Facebook accounts?

I am not very tech-savvy,and I have been trying for days to find the answer to my question.

I have a personal page on facebook (never used).Last week I started setting up a business page.I would like to post onto other pages as this identity,ie,not as "Saverupper",but as "Saveruppers business page".After lots of googling,it looks like I can only change identities when posting on other business pages.But I am trying to post as ,"Saveruppers business page" onto local fb pages, to advertise my business.

Is this really not possible?I have tried everything I can think of,and have googled,on app/laptop/mobile/tablet.

Yes you can, I do it and swop between profiles.

You cans swap the profiles while commenting on any post. You should be able to see the drop down menu labeled "commenting as" it would let you select the profile through which you want to comment

I still cant find exactly what I want.
I can see that on my own business fb page (on laptop,dont seem to be able to on tablet.Havent checked phone),Ican change whether I comment as my own personal profile,or as the business page.But this is only on my own business page.
But what if I want to post in different groups?So I want to go to lots of local fb group ,eg "Local Businesses in Bristol","For Sale in Bristol","Businesses in the South West","Businesses in BS Postcode" etc and make a post saying



"Please check out my shiny new fb page.Here is the link:
XXXXXXXXXX"


Is there a way of using my business profile (with business logo in avatar,and my business name as name of poster) to do this,or can I only post under my own,original fb page with my own name,which I dont think people would associate with my business.
