    I am so glad you won then, as Britannia Parking Ltd can't sue anyone (wrong firm). See avem1's thread about how he/she won in court, and the issues!

    Oh wow! They are shameless.

    The court gave them 14 days to pay my fees which is in 2 days. I received a cheque a few days after court written out to the wrong person! I rang them immediately and emailed, still haven’t received a new cheque. Can anyone advise what to do if they do not pay on time?

    Report them to the court of they fail to follow the court direction.
