Non molestation order

Hi if you get granted a non molestation order against someone that also works with you. The order states that they cannot come within 100meters of you and your home.
Does your employer have a duty of care towards you if you work together. It's not like we work in an office we would only bump into each other for 5mims at beginning of the day.
Should your employer make them come in ten minutes late. Any help much appreciated
