I purchased a parking ticket from parking eye, but inadvertently mixed up the car registration. They now insist I pay £100. Is this worth fighting or are they in the right?

fight back as keeper, by appealing (they accepted the money and the contract)
see the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread and use the blue text template, appealing as KEEPER (not driver)0 -
Please read NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS first, top of the forum. If you have not already appealed, appeal as KEEPER, as per the template in the sticky thread.
And (in addition) send P/E a Rectification Notice online, using their Privacy page, telling them the VRN was wrong and should read xxx xxxx and thus, you require them to rectify the inaccurate data under the GDPR, especially given the fact they already know the right VRN from their ANPR. Tell them if they refuse you will report them to the ICO.
And complain to the retailer/cinema or landowner - what sort of car park? COMPLAIN!!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
